Below you’ll find a couple of diagrams to help you ‘visualizing’ the two shapes I talk about in the video.
Just to avoid any confusion let me clarify that I called them ‘Pos A’ and ‘Pos B’ only to keep things simple. These names don’t have anything to do with the CAGED system or the chords played. They are simply ‘names’. I could have called them ‘Position JESSICA’ and ‘Position CLAIRE’ for that matter but I went for the more conventional ‘Pos A’ and ‘Pos B’… I hope this explains it.. It’s simple! 🙂
D chord in Position A (A shape): D chord is the name of the chord, ‘Position A’ is the name I used to refer to this shape, A shape refers to the CAGED system in case you’re familiar with it..
A chord in Position B (E shape): A chord is the name of the chord, ‘Position B’ is the name I used to refer to this shape, E shape refers to the CAGED system in case you’re familiar with it..
